What is UPI Observability ExperienceCenter?
It is the Base version of “UPI Business Journey Observability” platform that has preloaded data and two dashboards tailored for ITOps and CIO roles. The CIO dashboard provides valuable insights to sustain business operations and strengthen brand reputation, while the ITOps dashboard offers an overview of the application's status and suggests solutions for addressing any performance issues. How long is the UPI Observability ExperienceCenter trial available?
The trial is available for 15 days from the day you sign up. Past that, your trial would expire and you will have to opt for our freemium services, which start at ₹0 per year.
Who is a PSP?
As a UPI member, a PSP, which is a banking company, connects to the UPI platform to provide payment services to both PSP and Third Party Application Providers (TPAP). This allows users and merchants to conduct payment transactions on the UPI network.
What is the source data for the UPI Observability ExperienceCenter?
The source of information is the PSP logs, which provide the payload details of API communication between the banks' PSP and the UPI switch in NPCI.
What do we mean by NPCI Failure?
Any transaction error that occurs outside of the data center will be classified as a failure by NPCI's UPI. This could happen with any party involved, including the Payer Payment Service Provider (PSP), Payee PSP, Remitter Bank, or Beneficiary Bank.
What's the maximum number of Events Per Second that can be ingested and processed?
The maximum number of events per second that can be supported for ingestion and processing is 1 lakh Events Per Second.
How long will it take to integrate my PSP's logs and get real-time transaction performance data for my business journey?
It will take approximately two weeks to integrate your PSP's logs and obtain real-time transaction performance data for your business journey.
I am not receiving the Registration Email. What should I do?
The first step is to ensure that you entered the correct email address on the sign up page. Next, check your spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there. If the first two steps fail, try again later. The last resort would be to contact us directly via our official email: upi.experience@vunetsystems.com.
Is it possible to upload my PSP's logs and investigate them in the UPI Observability Experience Center?
